Profile:
Andrew began his American Football career at University with the fledgling Gloucestershire Gladiators programme. Following on from this and a season spent with the Bristol Aztecs youth team, he started to progress within the coaching fraternity. After working with the running backs in Bristol for a winter, Andrew took on the role of HC of the new Bristol Aztecs youth programme, helping to provide a pathway into football for future GB and international players such as Jordan Crouch and Cameron Parker. On returning home from university, Andrew became involved as a player with the Shropshire Revolution, and took on the role of spearheading their youth programme. He was able to secure a combined grant of £12,000 to provide a youth infrastructure for the sport in the region, and also took on the role of offensive coordinator for the team in their development year. Following on from this project, Andrew helped assist the University of Wolverhampton as they created a new team to compete in the BUCS league, working exclusively with the Wide Receivers.

The last two years have seen Andrew look to push himself as a coachand work at the highest level possible; first with the GB Lions youth set up as a graduate assistant and then with the Birmingham Lions University team as an assistant wide receiver coach.

This year Andrew has been promoted to the role of running backs coach with the Lions and is looking forward to helping the Lions compete within the newly formed Premier Division of the BUCS League.
